Simple, Convenient, and Professional

On the Day: What to Expect

Our expert installer will arrive at the agreed time. If you’ve purchased a package, they’ll bring all the tech with them. If we are instaling equipment you have purchased, you will need to make sure it’s all available on the day.

You’ll need to be available for the first 20–25 minutes while we:

  1. Explain what we’re doing and how long it’ll take
  2. Agree the best locations for your devices
  3. Collect any details needed (like Wi-Fi info)
  4. Set up any required apps on your phone

1. Installation & Setup

We’ll use your phone to register and configure your devices in the relevant apps (e.g., Ring, Eufy). Setup time depends on how much equipment you’re having fitted.

Once configured, we’ll install everything neatly and securely. Some drilling or temporary power shutdowns (for wired devices) may be required — but we’ll always let you know in advance and work around your schedule. All electrical work is carried out by a qualified electrician to UK standards (BS 7671).

We always leave your home clean and tidy.

2. Connected & Tested

We’ll connect and fine-tune everything — like camera motion zones — to reduce false alerts and make sure it works best for your space.

Before we finish, we thoroughly test everything:

  1. Doorbells chime and send notifications
  2. Cameras record and send alerts
  3. Alarms arm and disarm properly

If anything needs troubleshooting, we handle it on the spot.

3. Full Tutorial & Handover

We’ll sit down with you and walk you through the whole system — no tech jargon, just plain English.

We’ll show you how to:

  1. Use the app to view footage or answer doorbells
  2. Arm/disarm alarms
  3. Change batteries or recharge devices
  4. Adjust motion zones and settings
  5. Add or remove household users

We tailor the tutorial to your comfort level, so you’ll feel confident using your new smart security system before we leave.

And if you ever need help later — we’re just a phone call away.

Before We Arrive

To make sure everything goes smoothly on the day, please check the following:

  • Wi-Fi must be working with a strong signal where your devices will be installed.
  • minimum internet speed of 4 Mbps download / 0.5 Mbps upload is required for cameras and doorbells to function properly.
  • Have your Wi-Fi password ready so we can connect your devices during setup.
