Safe Smart Homes UK provides consultation, installation, and setup services for smart home security devices including but not limited to: smart alarms, video doorbells, security cameras, floodlights, sensors, and smart sockets.
We do not manufacture or own the products we install — they remain the responsibility of the original manufacturer. We are independent installers and cannot guarantee the long-term performance of any product.

3. Quotes and Bookings

1. All service bookings require a confirmed date and agreement on the selected package or custom solution.
2. Any price quoted is valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Additional charges may apply for extra devices, complex installations, or hardware upgrades on the day of service.

4. Payment Terms

1. Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. We accept payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
3. Late or non-payment may incur additional administrative charges or collection costs.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

1. You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the agreed date without charge.
2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of £45 to cover costs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth installation, you agree to:

1. Provide access to the installation site at the agreed time.
2. Ensure operational Wi-Fi with a minimum speed of 4 Mbps download / 0.5 Mbps upload and provide the password if needed.
3. Notify us in advance of any building restrictions, safety issues, or additional requirements.

7. Liability Disclaimer

1. We take every precaution to ensure safe and high-quality installations. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect use of the products after installation or any faults inherent to the products themselves.
2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from network issues, power failures, or user error.
3. You accept that all products are used at your own risk and that it is your responsibility to monitor and maintain the devices over time.

8. Warranties and Returns

1. Any warranties offered are those of the product manufacturer. We do not provide warranties for the hardware itself.
2. We will assist in the setup and testing, but all technical faults, replacements, or returns must be handled through the original manufacturer’s support.

9. Intellectual Property
